“Was I Healed or Violated?” — Lady Cries Out After Shocking Ordeal in Ogun Prayer House

According to a NewsVista report, a young woman has come forward with a chilling account of what she believed would be a spiritual cleansing — but ended in what she now suspects was sexual assault.

After months of unexplained illness, terrifying dreams, and night paralysis, she said no hospital could diagnose her. That’s when her uncle suggested a popular prayer house in Ogun State, known for “powerful deliverance.”

They arrived at night. The so-called prophet told her uncle to leave and return the next day. She was given a white wrapper, forced to drink a bitter mixture, and asked to lie down on the altar.

“That’s the last thing I remember,” she told NewsVista.

By morning, she woke up naked, sore, and bleeding, with no clothes in sight. When she screamed, the prophet claimed it was a ‘spiritual husband attack’ during the ritual.

Her uncle refused to believe her and warned her not to speak against “a man of God.” But when she got home, her mother nearly fainted from shock.

She later discovered she wasn’t the only one — other girls had endured similar fates, but fear and shame keep them silent.

“Was that really deliverance… or was I raped in the name of healing?” she asked, holding back tears.

The alleged prophet still walks free. She’s now calling for justice and protection for other victims who may still be trapped in silence.
