Iran’s Whole Civilization Will Die Tonight Without US Deal – Trump

US President Donald Trump has issued a fresh warning to Iran, saying the country will face devastating consequences if its leaders fail to make a deal before his Tuesday deadline.

Trump warned that Iran’s long-standing civilization could be wiped out overnight if no agreement is reached.

He had earlier given Iran until 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday (1 a.m. WAT) to strike a deal and fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz to international shipping traffic.

The US president warned that failure to comply could bring severe military action.

In a post shared hours before the deadline, Trump said he hoped such destruction would be avoided, but suggested it was becoming increasingly likely.

He also hinted that a dramatic political shift in Iran’s leadership could still create room for an unexpected positive outcome.

A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will,” Trump said in a Truth Social post hours ahead of the deadline.

“However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter, and less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen, WHO KNOWS?

“We will find out tonight, one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the World. 47 years of extortion, corruption, and death, will finally end.”

On Monday, the US president had also threatened to target Iran’s bridges and power plants if Tehran ignored the ultimatum.

Since then, several strikes on transport infrastructure, including bridges and railway lines, have been reported in parts of Iran.

One reported strike in Kashan city left two people dead and three others injured, according to Iranian state media.

Earlier, the Israel Defense Forces warned civilians to stay away from railway lines and avoid using trains for at least 12 hours.

The US has also reportedly carried out strikes on Iran’s strategic Kharg Island, a key oil export terminal responsible for most of the country’s crude shipments.

Meanwhile, Iranian state media said Tehran has rejected a temporary ceasefire proposal, insisting instead on a permanent end to the conflict before any agreement can move forward.

KanyiDaily recalls that Donald Trump previously said that the US may soon end its military campaign against Iran.
