EPL: Arteta gives worrying injury update on Saka, Jesus after Bournemouth win
Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has provided a worrying injury update on Bukayo Saka following their 4-0 win at Bournemouth on Saturday.
Saka was seen limping during the match at the Vitality Stadium.
The England forward limped off in last Sundayâs 2-2 draw with Tottenham and missed the midweek Carabao Cup victory over Brentford.
Saka started the game against Bournemouth and opened the scoring for Arsenal.
However, he was replaced in the 76th minute by Fabio Vieira.
Speaking post-match, Arteta told the BBC: âYes it was a pretty bad knock.
âI donât know how he is feeling I havenât had the chance to speak to him but hopefully we can get him back.â
Arteta added when speaking to Sky Sports: âI think Gabriel Jesus as well, he was limping when I saw him in the dressing room. So letâs see how we can recover players.â
