Brit Eady is taking legal action against Bravo, following a shocking incident involving former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore that allegedly took place at a private 2024 event.
According to TMZ, Brit claims Kenya Moore hosted a private gathering at her hair spa where she allegedly displayed posters showing Brit engaged in a sexual act. The event reportedly left attendees stunned and ultimately led to Bravo firing Kenya Moore from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Now, Brit Eady is demanding $20 million in damages, accusing Bravo and its parent company, NBCUniversal, along with Truly Original and Endemol Shine North America, of:
Eady alleges that Bravo made it appear as if it was genuinely her in the explicit photos and forced her to continue filming afterward, which she describes as a “gendered attack.” She is also demanding the immediate removal of the episode in which the incident was addressed or referenced.
Skipping the RHOA Season 16 Reunion
As legal tensions rise, neither Brit Eady nor Kenya Moore appeared at the Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 reunion taping, per PEOPLE. Sources say Brit skipped the taping due to a falling out with the cast, while Bravo allegedly did not invite Kenya following her controversial actions.
