Man Posing as Madman Caught With Human Head in Tema, Ghana

A man named Ali, who pretended to be mentally unstable, was caught carrying a human head in his bag. According to reports, Ali was apprehended on May 30, 2025, after locals grew suspicious of his behaviour. At first, he played the role of a madman convincingly, wandering aimlessly and blending into the busy harbour area. But his act fell apart when police, acting on a distress call about a lifeless body found nearby, received additional information from community members who spotted Ali with a suspicious bag.

When confronted, Ali tried to maintain his disguise, but the police quickly rescued him from an angry crowd and took him into custody. Inside his bag, they found the severed head of a man, sending shockwaves through the community.
