Tesehki Accuses Claressa Shields of Harassment After BET Awards Drama

Reality TV star Tesehki and boxing champion Claressa Shields have ignited a heated online feud following claims of a backstage run-in at the 2025 BET Awards—a claim Shields strongly denies.

The drama began when Claressa took to X (formerly Twitter) to dispel rumors that she had run into Tesehki at the event.

“Let’s set the record straight: I never ran into Tesehki at the BET Awards. I’m focused on real fights with real athletes… Until then, stay in your lane, #Facts NEXT FIGHT JULY 26th,” Claressa posted.

But Tesehki isn’t having it. Speaking exclusively to The Shade Room, the Baddies star claims that Shields saw her during her red carpet interview and even alleges that Claressa has been harassing her family via direct messages.

“She saw me doing my interview, clear as day… I also have multiple family members she personally DMed, harassing. She’s a lunatic wanting to fight a Baddie who gets paid well over $100K for fights less than 10 secs,” Tesehki said.

Tesehki also shared a moment involving rapper Papoose, saying she caught him staring at her during the awards before greeting him:

“He was staring like he saw a ghost… He swallowed and spoke back.”

Social Media Reacts

Fans weighed in with mixed feelings:

  • @jules_bunz: “I literally hope Claressa don’t even respond to a Baddie fighter. Two different weight classes…”

  • @cxristo: “Being on a TV show really got folks thinking they can fight a world champion 😮‍💨.”

  • @leonaniomi: “I believe Sekhi, I ain’t even know Claressa before her. 😂”

  • @monnie_boo90: “Maybe Claressa really didn’t see her. She’s not scared of Tesehki. 🤷🏾‍♀️”

  • @model_petite: “Chile please, Claressa would beat the brake shoes off that chick. Next.”

As Claressa Shields gears up for her next official fight on July 26th, fans are left wondering: will this war of words stay online, or escalate further?
