If US Makes Military Intervention, The Blow It Will Suffer Would Be Far Greater Than Ours — Iran

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has issued a stern warning to the United States, cautioning that any military intervention in the region would result in devastating consequences for Washington.

In a statement shared via his verified Twitter account, Khamenei declared:

“Americans who are familiar with the politics of this region know that their involvement in this matter is 100% to its detriment.”

He emphasized that any military escalation would result in far greater losses for the U.S. than Iran. “The blow it will suffer is far greater than the damage that Iran may suffer,” he said, suggesting that U.S. military assets and political interests in the Middle East are dangerously exposed.

Khamenei’s statement follows mounting tensions over U.S. backing of Israel in its conflict with Iran-aligned groups, and growing Iranian influence in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen. He added:

“If the United States makes a military intervention in this field, it will undoubtedly suffer irreparable damage.”

This warning underscores Iran’s unshaken stance against Western interference and the potential for a wider regional war that could upend global stability.
