50 Cent Defends Tyler Perry Amid $260M Sexual Assault Lawsuit
Rapper and mogul 50 Cent has waded into the controversy surrounding Tyler Perry, boldly defending the filmmaker against recent assault allegations that have shocked Hollywood.
Taking to Instagram, 50 shared a post featuring an AI-generated image of himself and Perry, captioned:
âDid that btch just say what I think he said? Nah we ainât jacking this sht gang! No way.â
Hours later, he doubled down with a meme of comedian Katt Williams, humorously suggesting that the comedian would have a field day with the unfolding drama. He captioned the post:
âTyler that case bullsht donât worry about that, worry about this [ninja emoji] here! [Face palm emoji] he gonna have a field day with this sht. LOLâ
The comments come in the wake of a $260 million lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by actor Derek Dixon, who claims Perry allegedly pursued him with inappropriate texts in 2019, followed by groping incidents in 2020, and an alleged forced encounter in 2021 at Perryâs residence.
Perryâs legal team has strongly denied the accusations, calling them âfabricatedâ and a âscam.â
50 Centâs vocal support for Perry has added a new layer to the controversy, stirring conversation across social media as fans and followers weigh in on the rapperâs unapologetic defense.
