“I No Longer Make Shallow Requests” — Tonto Dikeh Opens Up About Life After 40
Popular Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh has opened up about the transformation in her mindset since turning 40.
The mother of one, known for her outspoken personality, revealed on social media that she no longer makes vague or shallow requests when speaking to God or setting life goals. Instead, she has become deeply intentional, always providing clear, detailed descriptions of what she desires.
Tonto explained that her newfound clarity stems from self-awareness, wisdom, and spiritual alignment, which have grown stronger as she embraced her fourth decade.
“I’m far too intentional to leave my desires vague. When I bring something before God, I give Him a detailed A-to-Z breakdown of what I want to manifest,” she wrote.
Using a job request as an example, Tonto said she specifies everything — from salary expectations to work environment and even how she would like to be treated by superiors.
“At 40, I don’t make shallow requests. My needs and wants come from a place of self-awareness, wisdom, and alignment,” she added.
Fans and followers have praised her for her refreshing honesty and for promoting the importance of being intentional about one’s desires in life.
