Woman Confesses She Drugged Her Own Mother for Her Husband to Sleep With Her

In a story that has stunned Nigerians and sparked intense online reactions, a young married woman has anonymously shared a disturbing confession that many have described as one of the most heartbreaking betrayals imaginable.

According to a NewsVista investigation, the woman — who lives comfortably in Lekki and runs a thriving boutique — revealed that she once drugged her own mother just to satisfy her husband’s disturbing desires and prevent her marriage from collapsing.

She described her husband as wealthy and outwardly generous but a chronic womaniser with an insatiable appetite for other women. Over time, she said he began forcing her to bring other women to him for sex — and whenever she refused, he would create chaos at home and threaten divorce.

But things took a shocking turn after she gave birth and her mother came to stay with them for the traditional “omugwo” (postnatal care). Just one month into the visit, the unthinkable happened.

Her husband confessed he had developed feelings for her mother — and claimed he could no longer control his physical urges when her mother was around. Disgusted and heartbroken, she asked her mother to leave. But her husband refused and threatened to take everything from her if she stood in his way.

Under pressure, and afraid of losing her marriage and the life she had built, the woman says she made a terrible decision that continues to torment her soul.

Her words were haunting:

“My mum is a divorcee. My dad, who is a soldier, used to beat her until she ran away. She never remarried. She gave me the best life she could. And this is how I repaid her. I allowed my husband to sleep with her. I even cleaned her up afterwards.”

The woman explained that her husband instructed her to drug her mother, and she gave in. That night, he allegedly had sex with her unconscious mother — twice — while the woman stood by, crippled by fear and shame.

The next morning, her mother complained of dizziness and weakness but had no idea what had happened.

Now overwhelmed by guilt and disgust, the woman says her husband often returns to beg for forgiveness after his immoral acts, but this particular one has left a deep emotional scar that she fears she may never recover from.
