“Napoli wants to sell me to Al Hilal – Osimhen begs Galatasaray to sign him
According to NewsVista sources, Nigeria’s star striker Victor Osimhen has once again rejected a jaw-dropping €160 million offer from Saudi powerhouse Al-Hilal, choosing passion and competition over fortune.
Despite Napoli’s strong push to sell him to the Middle East, Osimhen is standing firm on his desire to remain in Europe—and more specifically, at Galatasaray. He reportedly told officials of the Turkish champions, “I want to continue at Galatasaray. Get my transfer fee from Napoli. They want to sell me to Saudi Arabia.”
NewsVista has learned that Galatasaray’s top executives, including President Dursun Özbek, rushed into emergency talks to explore a possible deal. But Napoli isn’t making it easy—turning down offers as high as €65 million and demanding at least £75 million to let the striker go.
To meet Napoli’s €100 million price tag, Galatasaray is considering a payment plan in €25 million yearly installments across three years.
For Osimhen, it’s not about the paycheck—it’s about legacy. His refusal to cash in for Saudi riches is a bold statement: he’s chasing Champions League glory, not a retirement fund.
