Mohbad: Singer’s Female Friend Recounts What She Saw After Arrest by NDLEA, His Drinking Habit

True to his promise, he’s been personally investigating the circumstances surrounding the singer’s controversial death.

Verydarkman recently sat down with Primeboy—Mohbad’s close friend—and the driver who took the singer to his final performance in Ikorodu. The driver recounted a tense argument between Mohbad and his wife, Wunmi, during the car ride and noted that he waited outside their home till the next morning.

In another interview, a woman identified as Dominica—reportedly the girlfriend of Mohbad’s friend at the time—spoke candidly about her experiences with the late star. She recalled a troubling incident involving NDLEA officials, where Mohbad was allegedly assaulted and Wunmi narrowly escaped a beating.

Dominica revealed that the singer was released that same day because he had an upcoming trip to Dubai. She also confirmed that Mohbad consumed alcohol and substances, admitting that he often became aggressive after drinking. She alleged that fellow artist Bella Shmurda introduced him to drugs and claimed Wunmi frequently reported Mohbad to both his father and Naira Marley.
