I Went to a Pastor for Healing — He Secretly Recorded Me Naked During “Spiritual Bath”
According to a NewsVista reporter, a young woman has exposed the shocking abuse she suffered at the hands of a so-called prophet during a private deliverance session in Akure.
Struggling with fibroids, late marriage, and disturbing dreams, she turned to a pastor known for “healing women” through spiritual baths. Though skeptical at first, her worsening condition pushed her to try the unusual method.
At the church, things began with prayers and anointing oil. Then came the twist — the pastor declared that she must be bathed naked for “complete cleansing,” insisting that spirits don’t respond if clothes are worn. Quoting Bible verses, he convinced her to undress, wrapped only in a white cloth.
He led her into a dim room lit with candles and filled with water, then began the so-called spiritual cleansing. But as he stepped out briefly, something caught her eye — a red blinking light in a corner flower pot. It was a hidden camera.
She stormed out and contacted her cousin, a tech-savvy expert, who later traced the camera’s feed to the pastor’s laptop. Her naked video was being stored in a folder labeled “Deliverance2024.”
Now, she’s sounding the alarm: “Ladies, please be careful. Not everyone behind a pulpit is sent by God. Some are just predators in robes.”
