Mr Eazi claps back at troll who claimed he dropped a new song just to recover his wedding expenses
Popular Nigerian singer, Mr Eazi, has stirred online conversations following his sharp response to a fan on X (formerly Twitter).
The artist, born Oluwatosin Ajibade, recently tied the knot with Temi Otedola in a private ceremony in Iceland, attended by high-profile guests including Aliko Dangote and Broda Shaggi.
Shortly after the wedding, Mr Eazi promoted his new single, “Cassanova”, on X. However, an online user identified as @kinglord271 mocked him, suggesting the track was released to recoup his wedding expenses.
The user wrote: “Mr Eazi wan low-key raise money way him spend for that weeding. 😂😂.”
In a swift clap-back, he replied: “U think sey Music go fit pay for that wedding my G? lol.”
The exchange has since gone viral, garnering over 700,000 views and 1,500 retweets on the platform.
