25yrs Old Woman Last Seen On A Date With Her Male Friend & Has Not Return Home Has Been Identified

Police in Kagisho, Northern Cape, have begun an intense search for 25-year-old Yoliswa Nganunu, who has not been seen since Thursday, October 31, 2025. Her sudden disappearance has caused growing concern among family members and residents, as fears for her safety continue to rise.

According to the South African Police Service (SAPS), Yoliswa was last seen leaving her home in Kagisho with a male friend whose identity has not yet been made public. She never returned home and has not been in contact with anyone since.

At the time she went missing, Yoliswa was reportedly wearing a purple “New York” jersey, Capri denim shorts, and purple All-Star sneakers. Authorities are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward immediately.

Detective Sergeant Dineo Motseothata, who is leading the case, said police are following every possible lead. “Our main priority is to find Yoliswa safe and unharmed,” she said. Flyers with Yoliswa’s photo and description have been circulated across social media and the Kagisho community under the hashtag #FindYoliswaNganunu.

Her family described her as a kind, responsible young woman who would never disappear without notice. “We just want her back home,” her sister, Nomvula Nganunu, said tearfully. “Even the smallest clue could help.”
