Nigerian man extradited to UK charged with 2018 m8rder of 23-year-old in London



A Nigerian man extradited to the United Kingdom has been charged with the 2018 m8rder of a 23-year-old in London.
Matthew Adebiyi, 25, was extradited from Nigeria to London on Wednesday, 15 April, 2026, where he was charged with the m8rder of Joshua Boadu.
Joshua, also known as SJ – was st@bbed on Linsey Street, Bermondsey, on 11 June 2018.
He was taken to hospital in a critical condition with injuries to his chest, neck and arm, and d!ed ten days later.
Adebiyi was remanded in custody and later appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court.
Two others have previously been convicted of SJ’s m8rder.
In September 2019, Denilson Davis (10.07.98), of Hemel Hempstead, and a 16-year-old boy from the Southwark area were convicted at the Old Bailey.
